When purchasing a ticket through our website, you will be redirected to the external ticketing platform Entrio (https://www.entrio.hr/). All personal data required for completing your ticket purchase is collected directly by Entrio.

We do not collect, process, or store any personal data that you provide on the Entrio website. Entrio acts as an independent data controller and is solely responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

4. Reasons and Methods of Data Collection

We collect your personal information when necessary to meet your needs and requirements, perform services or for the purposes of our business and the organisation of the Conference.

We also process your data in order to take action at your request.

When you access the Money Motion Conference website, we will collect your IP address, which is also considered to be personal dana. We collect other types of information such as the date and time of access to the site, information about the hardware, software or Internet browser you use as well as about your computer’s operating system and application version and language settings. We may collect information about clicks and your access to the Conference web pages displayed to you.

We process your dana when registering a person as a user or recipient of a newsletter or other information about our products and promotions. The newsletter contains the so-called tracking pixels. A tracking pixel is a miniature graphic element embedded in an email that is sent in HTML format to allow saving and analysis via log files. This allows statistical analysis of the success of marketing campaigns. Through tracking pixels we can see when and if an email was opened by you as a data subject and which links you followed. Personal data collected through tracking pixels in the newsletter is stored and analyzed by us as the Data Controller in order to optimize the process of sending the newsletter, as well as adjust the content of future newsletters to the interests of data subjects .

As a Data Controller, we will ask you to enter information about yourself and some information may be  marked as optional. The legal basis for the processing of your data is consent. Therefore, the user who signs up to receive notifications about our products and promotions by entering their data gives consent to the processing of their personal data. When you are on the list of our visitors or you are a speaker at the Conference we will inform you about the program, news, exhibitors and other important issues that we consider important and part of the organisational process. During the above activities, we will process your e-mail or other contact based on a legitimate interest or in order to fulfil the obligations we have towards you.

For the purposes of web analytics via Google Analytics, we use the application “_gat._anonymizelp,”  through which the data subject IP address is truncated by Google and anonymized when the data subject accesses the Conference website from a member state of the EU or another country under the jurisdiction of the European Economic Area. This ensures that the full IP address is never stored or processed, complying with data protection regulations by masking the last part of the IP address before any data storage or processing occurs.

5. Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing

We collect the above specific categories of your personal data either on the basis of the consent shown to you when you come to the Conference website via a pop-up window , or on the basis of a legitimate interest (for example in cases of cookies that are necessary for functioning of the Conference website or when we are already sending you some interesting information and / or offers or in order to fulfil our obligations arising from the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Also, we will share your data with our partners and associates with whom we cooperate in organizing certain events as a part of the Conference.

However, the contracts we conclude with such entities oblige them to treat your data using special security measures in accordance with the regulations in force in the Member States of the European Union.

The purposes for which we share data with our trusted partners are, for example, marketing needs, maintenance of the website, advertising, delivery, and other services in and outside Data Controler. These service providers are obliged, according to the relevant contracts, to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our guidelines and exclusively for the purpose we have strictly determined. We also oblige them to adequately protect your data and to consider it a business secret.

Once a year, we audit all our partners to make sure that the protection of your personal data is still at the required level and that it complies with applicable regulations.

Other websites that can be accessed through our website have their own confidentiality and data collection statements and the ways in which they are used and published. Data Controler or authorised persons appointed by us have access to messages and/or posts on the mentioned social networks, however personal data collected through them, especially those contained in messages, is not stored, and further processed by us except for the purposes specified in this Policy.

We use a business profile within the services of LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Instagram, and you can view their Privacy Policy or Privacy Statements online as well as the way they use your personal data. 12. Notice of Photography

By attending the Money Motion Conference, you enter an area where photography and video recording may occur. Images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and in press releases.

The legal basis of processing in relation to visitors is a legitimate interest, while in relation to our workers and students and volunteers is the fulfilment of obligations arising from regulations on occupational safety. For promotional actions, all material may be used globally for promotional purposes of the Conference.

Television crews and photographers will be filming at the Conference location and we especially emphasise that drones will be present to record the entire event. At the entrance to the venue where the Conference is held, there will be a special notice about filming and taking of photos.

When taking photos and recording and using the drone to record lectures and/or short video clips or the atmosphere, data such as your physiognomy, movement, hair colour, eye colour are processed.

The video surveillance system is also used to protect property and for security.

14. The Money Motion App

The Money Motion App (“the App”) is intended to facilitate networking, communication, and professional interaction among participants of the Money Motion Conference. Through the App, users may view other participants, schedule meetings, and access conference-related content and event information in order to enhance their overall conference experience.

The use of the App is governed by separate PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MONEY MOTION CONFERENCE MOBILE APPLICATION specific to the App, which are available via AppStore and Google Play.

By accessing and using the App, users acknowledge that its primary purpose is to enable professional networking, engagement, and participation in conference activities within a secure digital environment, and agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and the Conference Code of Conduct: https://www.money-motion.eu/code-of-conduct/ .

The Money Motion App includes an integrated reporting feature that enables users to report conduct that may violate this Code of Conduct or applicable laws directly through the App.

All reports submitted via the App are collected, received, and processed by GOODTOGO d.o.o., Zagreb, Zavrtnica 17, OIB:21447846241, the company operating the App, on its secure internal servers. GOODTOGO d.o.o. may provide the Organizer with reports immediately upon receipt or on the same day, where necessary, and the Organizer may access and review such reports at any time as required.

Reports may be submitted also to: hello@money-motion.eu and should include, where possible, relevant details such as date, time, involved parties, and supporting documentation (e.g., screenshots).

All reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed promptly, and appropriate measures may be taken, including temporary or permanent suspension of access to the App or other actions deemed necessary to protect participants and ensure a safe environment.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MONEY MOTION CONFERENCE MOBILE APPLICATION

The Money Motion App (“the App”) is designed to facilitate networking, communication, and professional connections among participants during the Money Motion Conference. The App allows users to view other participants, schedule meetings, and track conference events to enhance their experience. By using the App, users acknowledge that the primary purpose of the App is to enable professional interaction, networking, and engagement with conference activities in a secure environment.

Short Notice Productions d.o.o., Zagreb with its headquarters at Slavonska Avenija 6, Zagreb, Croatia OIB: 17877731232 collects personal data of application users (hereinafter: data subjects) of the Money Motion Conference (hereinafter: MOMO) and, in accordance with regulations, is obliged to provide the following information to data subjects:

2. Personal data of data subjects are kept for the duration of the MOMO, after which they are deleted.

The data controller processes the following data: name, surname, name of company/enterprise, job position/occupation, telephone, links to personal profiles on social networks (LinkedIn, Instagram), website as well as information that the data subjects themselves share about themselves.

Users remain in control of their personal data and its display within the application through their individual profiles.

3. Your personal data is shared with MOMO visitors who have registered for the Money Motion App, and who have allowed their personal data to be shared with other users of the application.

In the event of a problem with the functionality of the application (for example in the event of a malfunction) during the duration of the MOMO, personal data will be shared only with the persons who maintain the application (IT support consultants) and with appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

All persons who can access personal data while removing a malfunction of the application, as part of their work obligations, have signed Confidentiality Statements.

Your data is shared with Entrio Tehnologije d.o.o.,Strojarska cesta 20, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 30513194761, as the ticket provider responsible for collecting personal data for ticketing purposes. GOODTOGO d.o.o., Zagreb, does not independently process this data but synchronizes it via API with their system solely to enable the use of the Money Motion mobile application.

4. Peer-to-Peer Communication: The application allows users to communicate directly with each other through peer-to-peer (P2P) channels. To ensure compliance with regulations and the protection of personal data, all P2P communications that involve personal or sensitive data are encrypted using industry-standard protocols (end-to-end encryption).

While the controller implements technical and organizational measures to protect P2P communications, users must be aware that once data is shared with other users, the controller cannot fully control further dissemination. Users are responsible for managing the visibility and sharing of their own data within the application.

By using P2P communication features, the data subject acknowledges and accepts the residual risks associated with voluntarily sharing data, and agrees to handle personal data responsibly when interacting with other users. Therefore, data subjects should exercise caution and only share information they are comfortable making accessible to other users.

5. The data subject has the obligation to keep confidential all information obtained while using the application that is not publicly available.

6. All data subjects, as users of the application, are required to comply with the MOMO Code of Conduct https://www.money-motion.eu/code-of-conduct/ at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, responsible use of the application, respectful communication with other users, and adherence to the rules regarding sharing of personal and sensitive data.

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access to the application, as well as other actions deemed necessary by the controller to protect the rights and safety of other users.

Users are personally responsible for ensuring that any data they share through the application, including through peer-to-peer communication, complies with the Code of Conduct and does not violate the rights of others.

Personal data is collected on the basis of consent, and in case there is an interest of the data subjects in long-term activities based on already collected data, new data processing may be based on other legal grounds, of which the data subjects will be informed in a timely and detailed manner subsequently.

Access to personal data is available to the data controller and all data subjects who use the application.

Furthermore, we must emphasize that it is possible to disclose your personal data to an authorized third party if required or permitted by binding regulations (eg government bodies, courts and other third parties that are considered public authorities).

Right of access: You have the right to receive confirmation from us as to whether your personal data is being processed, and if such personal data is being processed, you have the right to receive access to the personal data. Access information includes – among other things – purposes of processing, categories of personal data in question, recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data has been or will be disclosed. However, this is not an absolute right and the interests of other individuals may limit your right of access.You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data being processed.

Right to rectification: You have the right to obtain from us the correction of your inaccurate personal data. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to supplement incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional statement.

Right to be forgotten: Under certain conditions, you have the right to obtain from us the erasure of your personal data, and we may be obliged to delete it.

Right to restriction of processing: Under certain conditions, you have the right to obtain from us restriction of the processing of your personal data. In this case, the corresponding data will be marked and may only be processed for specific purposes.

Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your specific situation, or when personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, and you may request that we stop processing your data.

Right to data portability: Under certain conditions, you have the right to receive the personal data relating to you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer that data to another controller without interference from us.

Right to Report Peer-to-Peer Misconduct or Code of Conduct Violations: All users have the right to report any behavior within the Money Motion App that violates the Code of Conduct or constitutes inappropriate, abusive, or illegal actions in peer-to-peer interactions.

To submit a report, please follow these steps:

  1. Document the incident with as much detail as possible, including date, time, and parties involved, screenshots etc.
  2. Submit your report directly to our Data Protection Officer via email: hello@money-motion.eu
  3. The report will be treated confidentially, and appropriate actions will be taken to investigate and address the issue.

By using the app, users acknowledge that they are responsible for their interactions and agree to comply with the Code of Conduct. Reports of misconduct will be reviewed promptly, and necessary measures will be implemented to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all participants.

The rights of data subjects are also regulated by other internal acts of the data controller.

Disclaimer – User-Generated Content

Users of the Money Motion App are solely responsible for the content they create, submit, or share within the app, including messages, profiles, and any other data. The data controller, does not verify, control, or endorse any user-generated content and expressly disclaims any liability for such content.

By using the app, users acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All interactions and communications with other participants are at their own risk.
  2. The data controller is not responsible for any inaccurate, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content posted by other users.
  3. Users must comply with the Code of Conduct, and any misuse should be reported as described above.

9. We collect personal data in order to enable data subjects, as users of the application, to make simple business connections during MOMO and to communicate with each other. If you want to know more or wish to exercise one or more of the above rights, if you believe that someone is violating your rights or not respecting our MOMO Code of Conduct, you have the right to submit a complaint to our Data Protection Officer via email: hello@money-motion.eu

10. If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. https://azop.hr/

11. Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the above purposes, unless it is necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. to provide data to courts or law enforcement authorities), if you have given consent to the appropriate processing, or if the processing is otherwise lawful in accordance with binding regulations. If personal data is processed for another purpose, we will provide you with information about that purpose prior to such processing.

12. The controller may process personal data based on the following legal bases:

a) the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes;

b) the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;

c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the controller;

d) the processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person;

e) the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;

f) the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data, especially where the data subject is a child.

13. If processing is based on the consent of the data subject, we will inform you in advance and provide clear instructions about all your rights and our obligations. This includes the right of the data subject to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent must be notified to the data controller via email: hello@money-motion.eu. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal.

14. This Privacy Notice will be published within the Money Motion App and will be accessible to all users.
