Cosmin Ochisor is a Partner at GapMinder VC with over a decade of experience in venture capital, specializing in early-stage deep-tech startups. Passionate about the CEE startup ecosystem, he actively mentors founders, connects them with investors and corporate partners, and supports various startup programs and events. Cosmin focuses on B2B, enterprise, and consumer-focused platforms, leveraging his expertise in software products. He led GapMinder’s Fund I investments in Frisbo, Smart Dreamers, Veridion, DeepStash, Machinations, Innoship, and Planable. Previously, he was an Investment Manager at Deutsche Telekom’s Hubraum.

He has raised over $200m for his startups, and has been mentoring startups for years, with an ability to be both very founder friendly and very direct, being known for his no-BS and practical approach.
His experience includes RealNetworks, Polycom, Symantec, The Cloud Wifi, and co-founding Speed Ventures, Europe’s first accelerator ($70m, 28 companies, 4 IPOs).

Sabrina leads Mastercard’s Start Path, an award-winning program supporting over 500 startups across 60+ countries in areas like payments, AI, financial inclusion, and open finance. Previously, she was a product manager in Mastercard’s core payments team, contributing to innovations like Apple Pay and Mastercard Move.

She serves on the Leadership Committee of The Resolution Project and the Board of Directors of the FinSec Innovation Lab, supporting student-led ventures and early-stage cybersecurity startups. Sabrina has been recognized by American Banker, Venture Capital Journal, and Fintech Magazine for her leadership in fintech.

She holds a B.A. in Economics and Sociology from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from Cornell University.

Silvije Radišić is a Managing Partner at AYMO Ventures, a venture capital fund investing from pre-seed to Series A and beyond, with a focus on Croatia and the South-East Europe region. Prior to founding AYMO Ventures with his partners, Silvije spent over 20 years in investment banking at CreditAnstalt Investment Bank and UniCredit/Zagrebačka banka, where he led numerous flagship transactions across Croatia and South-East Europe, spanning mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.
